Author Comments:

I probably forgot SO MANY... Suggestions? I still gotta watch Once Upon A Time In The West, and Anatomy Of A Murder, for some...

RULES: no musicals that were previously stage-plays.... I am still considering whether or not to include films that use predominantly or only music from other sources (thinking of, rather, putting movies like that which design the sound around older musical pieces (2001, A Man Escaped, The Graduate, Singin in the Rain) in the realm of sound design rather than soundtrack)

Is the Cremaster Cycle worth seeing? My local arthouse theater is going to be showing it later this month, but I can't decide if it's really worth time investment.

Yes. Make sure to watch them in numerical order, not production order. Flow is better that way. It' s possible to find 1,2,3, and 4 good quality on the internet, but I've yet to find a quality rip of 5, which is bunk.
They're better in the theatre anyway. Just be prepared to constantly have to figure out what's going on.

Plotguide for general purposes/overview:
1- Conception and Birth // Conception, no male presence
2- Adolescence // Testosterone starts to have influence over fetus
3- Career days // Fetus becomes male
4- Mid-Life-Crisis // Male fetus finishes forming
5- Death // Birth

or something like that. That's really vague and there's a lot more to it but yeah. Something like that.

The Conversation, The Thing, Exotica, Pierrot le fou, Werckmeister Harmonies, Antonio Gaudi...

I HAVE NOT SEEN ANY OF THOSE I AM SO SORRY.

Gotta get on that Once Upon a Time in the West soundtrack man ;)

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
:"c

Soon.
I promise.
