Looking for techno song

I'm looking for some old 90's or maybe 80's techno song. I hear it several times in nineteens, that was audiocassete - compilation with other hits like Madonna or BackStreet Boys. The thing is - this song is probably german, i'm not sure, but only thing i remember, that there was always repeating two words - "father" and "energy". I'm not quite strong in German, but the song title was like "Endery" or something and the words was:
De wetch you gaki gathear to bery ni Endnery...,to very be ni father what be ni shtraktedy,to vedy study shainet,straktedy ni Endnery...
