Thanks for suggestion. AutoHotKey is great program, but PowerPro is better. It can do all that stuff, plus display user created program launch and computer statistic bars. (like the ones seen in upper right corner of my Opera screenshot)

There is overwhelming evidence that Bush administration knew attacks were coming... For example check out 911 Timeline and others. Complicity on the part of administration is proven fact, in my opinion. The question whether they actually organized and "executed" 911, is still up in the air. My bet would be on - yes, because there is only a relatively narrow gap between complicity and cover-up.

I've just read Popular Mechanics article, and it does debunk some myths regarding 911. But it can't explain Flight 175 Anomalies for example. It's very small clip from the movie 911 In Plane Site, the actual footage is the movie is much more detailed. :)

If you have the chance read that link I posted about Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion, you'll see that it claims Protocols are not Jewish in origin. I'll try to read that book you recommended.

BTW
I'm going on vacation in few days, so I apologize if some posts stay unanswered...

It's an art form. (of how to minimize download size, and maximize content value)

I have somewhat limited experience with Usenet binary groups, since I'm on slow 56k modem. However, over the past few months I've downloaded (with 40tude Dialog) around sixty MP3s from my local ISP Usenet server without any problems. So I can vouch that Usenet binaries do work. (at least the stuff I downloded: MP3s, few small files and few hentai images) ;)

If you are paying money to your ISP to access the net, they usually supply you with address of their Usenet server. Try downloading from there. If that also doesn't work, perhaps there's some option in software that produces this errors. (size limit filtering in news reader, badly configured firewall, or something like that)

Favorite TV Series

There was an update to software list two weeks ago, but since then I acquired few games (Far Cry, UT2004) that are addictive and have occupied my spare time.

I agree, Firefox is getting better with each new version. (however - even with extensions, I find it lacking in many advanced features) BTW reading through your "All TV Shows I've Seen" list, I noticed Twin Peaks is missing... Check it out some day, has my highest recommendation.

Yes, development is still continuing. Every month or so Bruce posts a link to new beta version in PP Yahoo group. On web-site, only the last stable version is available for download.

100 of My Favorite Movies

Thanks. I find both Alien and Aliens to be excellent movies. On the other hand Alien 3 and 4 are some of the worst movies I ever saw... They ruined my good memories of first two installments. :-) As for Star Wars, it's already in there at number 40.

I saw this movie more then 20 times... When he manages to escape that tiny office room, and embarks on the journey to open sea, I get this overwhelming sensation of freedom. Very special movie, haven't seen anything quite like it.

It doesn't seem to be possible. With default PP bars it can be done, but not with SystemMeter bar. Sorry. :-) (just to be 100% sure, try to ask on PowerPro Yahoo group...)

Browsing the forum of freeware file manager Xplorer2, I stumbled upon this thread that could possibly solve your Total Commander problem.

Didn't try to implement that solution myself, so it may not work with Total Commander. In any case, be sure to read through entire thread, before doing any changes to registry. :-)

Most of songs in zip file are background tunes from famous Amiga games. I wasted countless hours playing those games, so that music has huge nostalgic value to me. Tunes you mentioned are from CD collection "Best of the Amiga scene". :) Some excellent stuff there... Thanks!

Plugin for .sid can be found on foobar2000 site. Don't know about that error with lame encoder, I use ogg vorbis and it works ok.

02 ... Favorite Games ~ Amiga 500

Oh yes! Those were great games, thanks for refreshing my memory. I'll put Defender of the Crown and TV Sports Basketball on the list. Come to think of it Cinemaware also developed such greats as Wings and "Lord of the Rising Sun". :-) They were very innovative company, not willing to barricade themselves into one gender of games. That's probably why they went bankrupt, despite having incredible talent... I would say that almost every Cinemaware game, was a leading product in its gender for years to come. (some are even today, prime example being "It Came from the Desert")

That thread on Mozilla forum is interesting, spend a whole hour reading it! :-) I personally never used IE, my first browser was Netscape Navigator. When Netscape lost battle to Microsoft I was lucky enough to find Opera.

Thanks on sharing Firefox extensions info, very interesting stuff! In the following months, I'll try to build up Firefox to best possible level. (in hope to get him into "shape" for another forthcoming comparison with Opera...)

In Mp3tag review, that screenshot link lacks finishing statement /a.

BTW good list. It brings a grand total of four software lists on Listology... things are definitely improving. :-)
