I think my favorite history book so far covers the founding of Seattle, WA: Sons of the Profits or, There's No Business Like Grow Business by William Speidel
Or....Session 9 (the haunted asylum movie that only a handful of people have seen), or House on Haunted Hill (the remake). The latter was on cable last night, so they had to edit a few parts, and it was *still* scary. That's the mark of a truly terrifying film. I've watched it six times, and still haven't seen the whole thing.
I'm glad to know it's not just me who will stockpile books to read, if given half a chance. :)
There's an interesting idea for choosing books to read here, where readers evaluate whether they'd read a book based on how well they like its cover. Something we've all done, I'm sure, but nice to see it neatly quantified.
Chocolate museum? Apparently Belgium will be receiving me tomorrow. Mmmmmm. Chocolate.
Oh, and a tin of Miniature Heroes, yo. The reusability factor just sucks away those calories.

Always interesting perspectives from an honest-to-goodness librarian.
This is such a great time-suck for work. Kudos!
Is 14, "The Open Boat" by Stephen Crane?
Thank you.
Luckily this list in no way overlaps with The Pile of Books Next to My Bed, otherwise there would be a serious bandwidth moment. :)

Gah. Good thing it's daylight out.
I vote for "It", but that's not on the list. 1000 pages of terrifying clowns. Still gives me the shivers.
I'm definitely going to add Eight-bit Theatre to my daily list. That's awesome, it reminds me of The Adventurers (rip).
