I agree, some the hardware platforms are almost impossible to come by, even on ebay, however software emulators for Nintendo, Atari ST, Commodore 64 etc are available and usually free of charge. Today cheap laptops can now be purchased for under $280, with 160GB hard drives and specifications to handle almost all of the games on your list. Using an emulator a cheap netbook can be transformed into a vintage gaming machine.
