Psycho's overrated in my opinion. The fact that the Exorcist is #16 makes me sad for the imdb community. Also, Young Frankenstein? Ugh! Not even horror!
I would agree with AAA v.2.0 that it's not really an unpredictable list, but these lists never really should be, right? I mean if you've heard of them, chances are that's for a reason.
