200 Greatest Electronic/Dance Albums

Love your list! Really makes me think, consider and reconsider. Sure we can all nit-pick here and there, we can all locate gaps and omissions or think some items may not belong. We've all got our own lists, right? As a long-time techno/trance listener who would also want to include Sasha and Digweed's N.E. trilogy way up high, you know what I would pick as #1? Pink Floyd Dark Side of the Moon. Why? I consider it the first Trance album and pretty near perfect. In 73 I was 14 and hanging out in my older brother's room as usual when he hands me his headphones and says "here listen to this" (he would never just offer something like that). It was DSOTM and it changed my life forever. It eventually led me into Trance many years later. And if you listen to something like S & D's Northern Exposure and DSOTM back-to-back you realize that The Floyd had it all figured out back in '73.

Cheers.
