i'm really into psybient lately... but that probably deserves a list of it's own(solar fields, aes dana, asura etc), but Carbon Based Lifeforms, released 2 classic albums in my opinion, they're just great.
wow... very comprehensive list indeed, and i believe very hard to make, soo i'll say congrats.
I don't have as much knowledge as you or others who made suggestions, so i'll limit my objections and just mention 2 artists, bands to be more correct:
Etnica/Pleiadians - imo, and not only, they're work is very original, widely appreciated and influential in the goa trance scene, and it aged very well(like most goa). Many good albums, from wich i'll mention the two masterpieces: Etnica-Alien protein, Pleiadians - Idendified Flying Object.
X-Dream - not really my favourites but much much better than some i saw in the list (imo that is). Why do i suggest them you may ask... well because of their album Radio, which is said to be the first psytrance album, ending the goa era. And that is pretty influential.
Hi, i have about only 50% of the music in this list, so lucky me i have loads of good stuff to explore.
But i do have some tracks that i love and don't find them here. Maybe you'll take a look or tell me what you think bout them:

Z to A - Next stop Oblivion
100th Monkey - Spiritus
Rythmystec - Stellium
All of them are amongst my favourites and you can find them on "Goa vibes" vol 2,3 = great compilations

well yes his 90's releases set up a very high standard, wich i think will be pretty hard to get to. and lets not forget that we're talkin about pretty big difference between genres.
i like the most isotropy.
