311 is on the building all the way to the right, just to the right of the spoon. It is listed like an address above the door. It looks like a white blob on the web. It was only clear from the magazine image. Yes, the scorpion is just to the right of the cake.
Not really sure of these because they are stretches Deep Purple - purple building, Toad the Wet Sprocket - dead amphibian next to the cake, Lil' Bow Wow - the dog next to the cake, Talking Heads - on the television below the party, Tatu - two kissing girls under lightpost, Go Gos - girls holding hands and skipping, Yellowman - yellow man Things I don't know: drawing of girl in bikini on window display, shark poster at bus stop, three guys on top of building that has the party, the stack of crates next to the fish and diamond necklace.
The picture on the website sucks. I saw the ad in a magazine and it's so much clearer. I saw D12 and 311 on the buildings on the right, Scorpions (not a dead toad), Cranberries, the Bee Gees (not three blobs that I thought were posters.

#4 is a song by the Magnetic Fields. I don't remember the title.
No Pixies songs? Both Bossanova and Trompe Le Monde are from the 90s.

Also, John Malkovich in Rounders had a very amusing Russian accent.
Man, Jonathan Pryce in Brothers Grimm was a pretty darn bad Frenchman.
Blade Runner, Terminator, Farenheit 451, Starship Troopers, Johnny Mnemonic... Are you going to add those later?
Finally someone agrees with me about Ishtar!
