Is the dog next to the cake really a dog? The quality of the picture's so poor I can't tell, but if so...
Skinny Puppy (I know Lil Bow Wow's already on the list)

Not sure about any of these. They're all very long shots. Perhaps some of the bands aren't well-known enough.
The Alarm- to the left of "Digital" in the Virgin sign.
Blonde Redhead- Two girls kissing, though Kiss is definitely a better answer.
Main- Too obvious? Yes...
Pulp- I suppose the sack and/or boxes in the bottom right corner could be filled with oranges. Or onions. I can't really tell.
Cypress Hill - The hill!
Twisted Sister- The only name I can think of for the two acrobats at the moment. IMO, they aren't exactly "twisted". And I'm not sure if they're both girls, either.
Even after reading your article, I still don't understand what Emo is. I've never fully understood it, and most probably never will.
This leads me to believe that emo, as a genre, doesn't really exist. Someone had to say it.
To call a particular type of music "Emo" is ignorant, and overlooks the fact that music itself evokes emotion. Perhaps it's a marketing campaign targeted at those with tunnel-visioned taste in music. Oh dear, I'm getting all confused now. Whatever. Kudos on the dancing, I guess.
