Don't forget Little Big Girl, I found that funnier than the two you mentioned. From what I hear about the rest of the season yet to air in the UK, it's a mixed bag. But yeah, those episodes were pretty good. There's usually a period in the season of a few episodes that reminds us why the show was ever good.
Actually, I also think maybe it is a little generous. It has some horrible scenes, panda rape being one of them, yet it manages to scrape this grade by not being as unimaginative as other episodes of the time and having several jokes that would've fit well into the classic era. The first examples that I think of are 'financial panda', "I could buy a gun!" and even some of the stuff involving Lenny being hit by the pudding manages to make me crack a smile.
Very good choices (which I suppose goes without saying really, since you thought the same about mine). Nice to see a top 20 list with Dead Putting Society on it, that never gets enough love.
...
Bosom!
Hey Wezzo, this is Adam R, of the NHC, I found this site through your sig and have been using it for a few weeks. Solid list, but there is Hello Gutter, Hello Fadder in there at 87. Just telling you, in case you were unaware of this. :P
It's a Mad Mad Mad Mad Marge had a horribly characterized Marge as just one of it's many problems. When You Dish Upon a Star was just a poor celebrity plug mixed in with the cartoony capers of wacky Homer.
Selected British cinemas showed it today.

I don't mind Spinball too much, I think it's playable, but there's no lasting fun really.
Yes, those last two you mentioned are not really episodes that I find that entertaining, but I hardly think they're the worst in the series.
Good set of games, I had most of these too. However, I can't believe you had the endurance to complete Sonic 3D. That game is awful.
Me too! I think I read more or less all of them. Monster Blood was always my favourite.
I'd agree with you on those two, but I would also give a lot of credit to:
Lisa's Sax
Hungry Hungry Homer
Trilogy of Error
Jaws Wired Shut
Diatribe of a Mad Housewife
to name the best of these seasons. There's still quite a few watchable episodes.
The plot doesn't interest me at all, it feels like a Saturday morning kid's show. The conclusion seems pretty sappy to me as well.

Understandable. Really great episode.

Toot on! ;)

Mine was Live and Let Die.
Good list Martin. I have seen all of them apart from the new one and about 4 of the older ones.
