What is the best album of the 90's?

You should put some rap albums on the poll. Here are a few suggestions.

"The Score" Fugees
"The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill" (You can guess the artist.)
"Butterfly" Mariah Carey

I know the last one isn't a rap album, but I had to put it.
