I COMPLETELY agree with you on Marebito.
COMPLETELY.
The ending was like a cliff hanger that also put things together. You got what happened, but were confused beyond reason all the same.
I might as well say I knew more when the movie started than when it ended...
I bought this DVD under the Tartan Asia Extreme collection, along with five other foreign horror films (Abnormal Beauty, Acacia, Face, The Heirloom, Memento Mori, and Unborn but Forgotten). None of them impressed me as much as I had hoped. The ideas were brilliant, I will admit.
Hi Darktremor.
Long time no post to you. :)
Anyway I'm sad to say this post has little to do with this list and you can delete it (if that's even an option...) but I thought I'd contact this to you somehow... but someone's posted on my "You are not a techno fan" list in response to you, in my opinion, under a completely misguided tense.
I thought I'd give you a chance to set him straight before I ruin the whole situation by commenting rudely... or something...
Thanx for the suggestion. I'll definitely be on the lookout for it. That DT- he's got me hooked on yet another genre. Once I heard "Rej" and "Over the Ice" there was no stopping... lol.
I would make a "top ten fashion designer label" list... but these would dominate it as well.
Gucci, Lacoste, and Burberry are all three good makes, but they're a bit too classy for my taste. I like edge. Perhaps if I see a shoot of theirs with a bit more edge (a bit more CLASH than CLASS) I'll consider. Perhaps I could expand my list into something more than a top ten. At the time, this was something I just jotted down on here.
And I do agree, New Order's "Confusion" is better than Aquagen/Warp Brothers' "Phatt Bass" and Public Domain's "Operation Blade," due solely to the fact that it's New Order's song, so why stuff the other two into various compilations and ignore the original... it makes nill sense to me.
I'll surely check those out. I have the Armin Van Buuren Mix of Solar Stone's "Seven Cities," and have to admit that I didn't like it as much as their Atlantis version, but I'll look into putting it on the list.

I LOVE that you included Audrey Tautou.
How about Shannyn Sossamon? (A Knights Tale, The Order, 40 Days and 40 Nights)

Hahaha. I have risen.

Although your posts are aimed at Merlin, I find alot of aspects in that last message CLEARLY offensive to others, such as myself.
I'll give you a cookie if you stop that.
KTHANX.......

More like the "designer brands" that designers pursue?
I'll keep my eye out for it and add it to the list, thank you :)
I apologize to everyone, I haven't really been working very hard on this list.
I feel funny saying this, but I don't entirely understand what you mean by "makes"... a bit of details please? :)
I guess I have an idea. I just want to know if it's the RIGHT idea...
umm... this is totally off topic... and incredibly blunt, shallow, stupid, and practically illegal for me to say. but blind, you're hot.
Coach, Chanel, Dior, or Prada ringing any bells even? Louis Vuitton? It seems everyone tries to copy them these days...
Hahahaha. I adore your new rules.
Even more, I adore how you expressed them. Haha.

P.S. Thanx for the suggestions :)
