I do love George Winton's arrangement of the Canon and in fact it is the best one for the piano.
(Compare to David Lanz's "Variations on a Theme from Pachelbel's Canon in D Major", which i feel is the runner up)

You forgot about the a more direct interpretation of the Canon in D in "Christmas Canon" by the Trans-Siberian Orchestra...
