Who sings this song

I have never heard this song but a friend of mine has asked if I can find it for her She use to live in Chicago and loved the house music. She says she thought the name was house train but can't seem to find that title anywhere. She said something about take a ride on the house train and chicago is first stop or something like that. DOES ANYONE have a clue what it is and who sings it so I can find it?
