I recently got a huge cookbook for my birthday (which I'd been hinting at for a while), so I thought I'd make a list of stuff I've made from it, and how it came out tasting in the end.

Fusilli with Pesto Sauce (Pretty good)
Salade Lyonaise (Bad, too much red wine vinegar)
Blackberry Fool (Bad, I accidently put in egg whites as well, so it was almost cold blackberry scrambled eggs)
Completely Handmade Pizza (Average, cooked it too long because the base wasn't hardening)
Black peppercorn chicken w/noddles (Good, a wee bit under cooked and the peppers weren't crushed enough)
