Shakira - "Laundry Service" - 7:30 A.M. - I am a late bloomer, I suppose. I didn't really know about Shakira until a co-worker gave me this CD, which is today. I'm pleasantly surprised. I don't know how mainstream she is but I really love the mix between Western pop and Latin rhthym. "Eyes Like Yours" is the track that really stands out and demands attention. Very sexy number, that one! "Whenever, Wherever" is another stand-out track. I just said I didn't know much about Shakira, yet "Under Your Clothes" it seems I've heard before, I guess I just never matched artist to song until now. Maybe I thought it was Jewel or something. (I'm not up to date on pop music, I'm afraid!)

Dances With Wolves soundtrack - 2:45 P.M. - Some days you just need a good dose of John Dunbar. :) No, really, the John Dunbar theme stands out all over this CD. Very emotionally touching music. It makes me want to pitch up a tent in the middle of the West before it was touched too much by white people. Really!
