Belle & Sebastion - The Life Pursuit
They certainly wear their influences on their sleeves, no? Despite the direct borrowing from T. Rex, and the slightly uneven nature of the album, The Life Pursuit is a pretty lisenable piece of fluff. Nothing will ever compare to If You're Feeling Sinister or Tigermilk, so why bother comparing. Also, "White Collar Boy" is an absolutely amazing pop song.
