Removed Sherlock, Jr. only because I switched to the Academy's 'rules,' where a 'short film' is anything less than 40 minutes. Sherlock, Jr. is 44 minutes long.

I'm been waiting ages for blockbuster to send Un chien andalou/ L Age d'or. Is it good quality, worth downloading?
The Un Chien Andalou download isn't very well 'restored' as I suspect it is on the newer DVD, but it is basically DVD quality with regard to bitrate. I'd say it's definitely worth downloading.
I haven't found A Trip to the Moon anywhere on the web, but most of the films on this list are available through the edonkey network. I particularly recommend using it to track down Meshes of the Afternoon, too.
