Saving Private Ryan - review*****

This was the best movie I have ever, in my life, seen. I had my doubts walking in that Tom Hanks would be able to pull it off but was I ever wrong! The man is a genious! I was on the edge of my seat from the opening scene to the closing seen. More tears fell from my eyes than for any other movie. The writing could not have been more true to life and realistic. The search for this boy Ryan makes you want to hate this unknown piece of shit yet you can't help but want to back him up as he refuses to leave his post. And in the end, you know the answer to the question he seeks! Great movie doesn't even begin to explain!
