Plotline-Two very different cops team up that ='s pure comedy madness!

STARRING: Ben Stiller / Owen Wilson /Snoop Dogg / Fred Williamson / Vince Vaughn / Juliette Lewis / Jason Bateman / Amy Smart / Carmen Electra / Chris Penn

Ok, so this is a Spoof of the popular 70s Tv show, 'Starsky & Hutch'. This film pokes fun at the series. Owen wilson plays a great, cool, easy going Hutch which is well contrasted with Ben stiller's hot-headed, slightly unstable character, Starsky.
With Super cool, rap artist Snoop Dog as one of the original Tv characters, Huggie Bear. This movie plays out well and is very much like its 70s counter-part. use of audiotracks (voiceover things) and motnages is well executed.
I saw this at the cinema and my favourite bit was when This Japanese hitman, is shooting at Starsky and hutch. they follow him back to his hide out where his kids start throwing knives, at starsky. they shout 'MAKE THEM STOP!!' and the japenise guy shouts sometihng and the subtitles come up as 'THROW MORE KNIVES, ALL OF THEM!!'' but my DVD was messed up and the subtitles didnt show lol it was one of the funniest parts in the movie! and it was gone!! lol
Anyway the comedy is great and alot of it is about the way things are said and the social atcions of Starsky & hutch (arguements, so on)
This film looks great and is very slick and cool.

Owen wilson i think should get offered alot more than he does. if you watch this and like his performance (he's 'Hutch' the blonde one) then i suggest you check out Bottle rocket

This Fillm is great and deliviers the laughs but well keeping to the tone of the 70s cult show.
Plus Theres an appreance by the original 'starsky and Hutch' wihch is an added bonus-maybe not as much as Carmen Electra and Amy smart though i might add :)

Of course theres the appreance by the famous 'Starsky and hutch' trademark car (red with white stripes).Well i say see this movie its funny,maybe not all the time but most.
