How do you creat new tags?

I have been to several other members pages and they have all the regular genres, but I have seen some with labels such as food or web. I want to expand my list to include these and more. How the heck do you do that? I have looked for the answer but it seems to elude me?

Go to the 'My Menu' link at the top of the page and you shall find the 'Genres' section.
