Ahhh, the Power of Cheese.... and Sauce and Pepperoni
I've slaved over the internet trying to find pizza recipes and tidbits. My searches came up with pizza delivery services, articles that listed items such as pizza stones which I had no clue to what they were, and confusing things. I thought that I would never make a high-quality pizza, unless you count the DiGornios I've bought at the grocery store.
One day, while on a sort of shopping spree, I was checking out the magazines at Wal*Mart and there happened to be a stack of paperback books mixed in with them. As soon as I saw the delicious-looking pizza on the cover, I picked it up. I discovered that the book was called Pizza Pizzazz. It was at a bargain price: 99 cents. So, obviously, I got it and I was not dissapointed. Even I, knowing hardly anything about cooking, could tell that this would be any chef's pizza bible.
Not only does it explain all of the weird pizza-making utensils, it includes 12 crust recipes, 9 sauce recipes, 33 entire pizza recipes, and 4 calzone pizza recipes. It also has "instant pizza" instructions for those of you too lazy to hand-make everything.
Pizza Pizzazz will most likely be hard to find, but when you do, especially if you're a pizza lover like myself, it'll be well worth the searching.
