One Bad Book That Should Never Have Been Made in Film

- The Bridges of Madison County - okay, being a literary snob, I wouldn't consider reading this, but I was harranged incessantly by both my mother and sister into doing so. Three hours later (yep), I was screaming bloody murder. I have, and will never, read anything they recommend again. Call me a cynic, but predictable romances disguised as travelogues appeal to the most hopeless of cases. Ugh!
