- If any of you have seen THIS list, you know whats comming in this list. This is my attempt to order those in terms of preference. However i would suggest you still refer to that original list, as its a more general overview and i'm never happy with lists when i put them in order of favourites! I also realise this list contains a lot more mainstream albums than the majority of lists here on listology, but its what i like. In relation to Garden State soundtrack being on the list, i was in tow minds on whether i should add a soundtrack to this list. However, different bands aside, as a whole album this is nothing short of genius and i know i would regret not putting it on the list, given the hours and hours i've spent listening to it, it was my only played album for like 6 months.

Great list, good to see the wonderful Maroon at #1.
Thx Wezzo! yeah it truely is awesome. i've listened to it 4 times since june lol so it gets quite a lot of play time as you can imagine on my windows player. Thing is though my harddrive died on me 2 weeks ago so i lost everytihng and have been having to rip all my music back on to my pc. It's not a problem with stuff like BNL, Radiohead ect. because i have the albums. However its the one off's singles and old favourite songs that i got from borrowing people's copies or downloading thats more annoying. Not to mention the 2 years of russell brand radio shows downloaded, :(
That sucks, I hope you get all that stuff back soon. I've got 10,000 odd tracks on my HD - including a lot of random one-offs - and it would be awful to lose them all..
A side note: someone pointed something about a BNL lyric to me today that I hadn't noticed before - in "One Week", he says something like "I have a tendency to wear my mind on my sleeve, I have a history of losing my shirt." He's implying he loses his mind, I think -- I'd never made that connection before..
ha thats awesome about the BNL lyric, they are brilliant lyrically, i too never made that connection but its awesome.
