Turnaround is the number of days it takes for Netflix to send you another disc after you return one. Count how many days between the day you drop it in the mail to the day you get the next disc from Netflix. Example: I mail it on Monday and get my next disc on Wednesday. That's 3-day turnaround. I prefer that you exclude weekends.
I assume that you mean you get the disc that is replacing the disc you returned?
