These are movies I "must see", or should I? Will I regret it? Be scarred for life?

Yeah, I dunno. Of these I've seen 8MM (actually thought it was very good, but I've never recommended it to anyone), TCM (not as gory as I was expecting), and Audition (definitely recommend, but boy is the ending tough to watch - I've never squirmed so much).

"Faster, Pussycat" and "Videodrome" are among the most awesome films ever made. Give 'em a while, them watch 'em again. I guarantee you'll feel better about 'em.

P.S.: There ain't no need to be having second thoughts about "8MM". It sucks big wank.

Thanks for the advice. I haven't seen any of these yet, so I'm having second thoughts about whether I should see them.

Depends on how sensitive you are. I don't think either The Wall or Videodrome, strange as they are, will do much damage, but Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer is definitely on the disturbing side. Pink Flamingos is on the twisted side too and you need to be in the right frame of mind (i.e., when you want to test the limits of your raw shock tolerance). As for Kids, it may be a bit unsettling, but only because it's not very far removed from some people's reality.

I used to think I wouldn't like zombie flicks, until 28 Days Later and Shaun of the Dead warped my brain. I've discovered that my taste, pardon the pun, is subject to change.

I saw TTCSM at 11, and it didn't scare me at all. And I'm scared by anything, even episodes of 24! It's an alright movie, but there's not much gore, there's barely a plot, and it's hardly scary in the least.

It's too late for you, Wezzo :). You're already warped! Who on earth let you see that movie at such a young age?!
