Who is Your Favorite Batman Villain?

Wasn't sure if this should be under the Television or Movies category... "Batman: the Animated Series" covered all of these villains, so I decided to go with TV. The Mad Hatter is my favorite (though I've seen very little of him).
The Batman stories are ageless and timeless--watch out for "Batman Begins" coming out in summer of 2005 (featuring the Scarecrow and Ra's Al Ghul).

This was a tough decision. Mark Hamill does such an excellent job with the Joker, he gets the homicidal sense of humor just right. The first episode with Mr. Freeze was just tragic and really made me like him. Poison Ivy is a hottie of a cartoon character. In the end, however, I had to go with Ra's Al Ghul because he's the only villain that seems to regularly get the best of Batman.
