Are you just curious to see which one we like best of those four, or will you take suggestions for other trilogies? If the latter, my favorite trilogy is the Man With No Name trilogy (however, I guess I won't be able to vote for it, since it didn't occur to me to comment until after I had already voted for Star Wars 4, 5, and 6).
Here again I'll have to abstain, because 'The Lord of the Rings' and 'Star Wars' are very close to each other. My least favourite trilogy is definetly 'The Matrix'. Awful movies!
I agree that the "Star Wars" and "Lord of the Rings" movies are the same in many ways, but I think that the first "Matrix" movie was a masterpiece. The other two were just god-awful and are probably some of the worst movies ever made, but I loved the first one.
That's funny, though, that no matter how much money George Lucas pours into CGI and digital footage, people still like the visuals in the older films better. Personally, I would give 4, 5, and 6 the edge on storyline as well, but that's just me.
Well, when I say the visuals, I mostly mean the color and the detail. So Episodes 1, and 2 ranked high on that for me, but I don't think the special effects were really that much better...and the plot stank, in my opinion. Making more Star Wars movies was one thing George Lucas should have never messed with....

I will take suggestions, sure.

star wars 4 5 6 for me
I like the first series's storyline the best, but I think that the visuals in 4 5 and 6 are much much better.
Wait a minute... did you number the Star Wars films in the order that the stories happened chronologically? Or in the order that they were released?
I numbered them in the order that the stories happened, You, Know, A new Hope = episode 4
Oh, okay. Phew.
