I went for Who Framed Roger Rabbit, with its very convincing use of live-action and animation. I personally prefer the animated short films of MGM, Warner Bros and Disney to feature-length films, but this list is not to be sniffed at.
I voted Howl's Moving Castle. Ahead of Dumbo, Finding Nemo, The Incredibles. A few of the very best are missing: Tale of Tales (Norstein), Street of Crocodiles (Quay bros), The Wrong Trousers (Park), My Neighbour Totoro (Miyazaki).
The title "Howl's Moving Castle" you have chosen at first place is in the list named with its japanese title "Hauru no ugoku shiro". Excuse me I didn´t knew the english title for it.

forgive me for being the thorn that votes for a film not on the list but A goofy movie is my pick, slightly ahead of the iron giant.
