What To Do With Favorite Artists List? (see comments)

Though the recent poll about Television was hardly a landslide, it seems clear that some are (understandably) annoyed with my quantity-based favorite artists list. The majority (2) voted for a revamp of the list. But I'm not sure if I can handle an actual favorite artists list based on how much I actually like the music yet. I've only been getting into this kind of music for a year and a half, and I've tried to hear a diverse array of albums, so I was never too focused on one particular artist. I don't think I've heard enough music, and what I have heard, I don't think I've heard it enough times to really make a solid judgement. Still, if you'd really like to see me attempt a favorite artists list, I'd be willing to try.

BTW, I hope all these polls about my content don't make me seem too pretentious or self-absorbed. I appreciate getting feedback on my content, because, while it's partially for me, I also want other people to enjoy reading it. So thanks for your input.
