Good Charlotte is not a terrible band. They don't really fit in one of the molds that most bands of that type fit in. Yeah, they kind of seem like sellouts because they're punk image makes people believe they sing punk music. They are not the beatles, but they're music is just as pop oriented as any boy band. No one argues that they are the greatest bands of all time, but everything that you listen to doesn't have to inspire you to fall in love or change the world.

in fact the only one that qualifys is Sex Pistols really, maybe Social Distortion, but they're crap so....
