Some of my favourites. Please post if you have suggestions on what I should add.

You should make a separate poll, or say "the greatest game" because there are going to be fanboys of each side voting on their personal favorite, and this will cause confusion for the better game for the systems.
AKA if you make a "best game for PS3 list" and one for the 360. Makes life easier.
LBP is da bomb with friends by the way.
and GOW3 hasn't come out yet, so you should remove that.
great list, out of those my vote goes to GTA IV.
However maybe add Call of Duty 4 ?
Never played it, but if it's Call of Duty, then it's probably a great game
