I chose Fugazi, but the Pixies would give them a run for their money. Tough call. I think you should add the Pixies and you may even be able to add Pere Ubu, though they're kinda half punk/industrial.
The Pixies are more like Alternative. Their music has elements of punk but it isn't really Punk Rock.
