Why are there no songs about Wednesdays and Thursdays?

Well, there's "Thursday" by the Futureheads ("But everyday / It still feels / Like a Thursday"), as well as "Wednesday" by the Drive-By Truckers and "Wednesday Week" by Elvis Costello. But you're right, it seems like they're not nearly the inspiration for songwriting that, say, Sundays are.
