Great list, but how is it possible that Olajuwan is #40 when he destroyed Ewing and every other Center/PF of his era, including his dominance during their two title runs? Also, where's Shaquille O'Neal, a shell of himself now but certainly the most dominant player between say 1999-2004. Tim Duncan?
