This list is by no means scientific and will be revised as I think/experience/re-sperience things. Hopefully, over time it will solidify itself, but if it doesn't, then that'll be fun too! As you can see (if you could be bothered to check) there will be some albums in here that I are not in my "Entire Collection" because I do not OWN them. That does not mean I do not have them. There is a difference.
9's are pretty well solidified but 8's are likely subject to either promotion or demotion (the latter being more likely) - even in writing this list some albums dropped to 7s because the company around them was so impressive.
It should be noted that no specific order is in place within tiers. When I have time I will likely alphabetize it.
