Why I’ve been away from listology for seven years

  1. I was too busy on friendster.
  2. I was too busy on myspace.
  3. I was too busy on facebook.
  4. I was waiting out the Bush Administration in an underground bunker.
  5. I couldn’t afford to watch, read or listen to anything new.
  6. I was making private lists with quill and parchment.
  7. I couldn’t take the pressure to appear intelligent and witty with cutting-edge taste in all forms of media.
  8. All the old school listologists disappeared, too.
  9. My Internet was down.
  10. Seven is my lucky number.
