I probably would have replaced "Unskinny Bop" with "Talk dirty to me", but all in all not too bad....

In hind sight, I would have listed "Nothing But A Good Time", another Poison anthem that more accurately conveys my point. Namely, that most 80s hairbands were about fun and good times. I'm glad to see that MARTIN understood the point, anyway.

Yup, there is a better name...that guy who does the market wrap-ups on WAMC...Steve Stoolmaker. ...Doesn't have anything to do with the eighties, but funny nonetheless.

I miss all the bubble gum metal. Sure it was looked down on, but it was bright and fun. You turned on the radio for the vast part of the 90's, and it's all about doom and gloom. Music doesn't always have to be about depressing things, and the 80's style seemed to always be a party.

Yup! You hit the nail on the head. Relevent music doesn't always have to have a social conscience, either.

sorry...but,those are some of the very reasons i do not miss the 80's...
