Preliminary comments:
Well, I've decided to tackle this. I haven't started yet as I'm writing this comment, but I'm guessing there'll be a little less than 200.
Note that this doesn't even compare to the number of movies I have taped off cable.
Ones with an asterisk are ones I haven't seen yet. Ones with two asterisks are actually my brother's, but I have watched. Ones with three asterisks are actually my parents', but I have watched. (I didn't include any of my brother's or parents' movies that I haven't watched.) Ones with four asterisks are ones that used to be my parents', but I have seized control of the movie.
You may notice that there are many more contemporary films than classics. This is because I have a LOT of classics taped off of TCM.
I'm too lazy to write in all the years this time. If there is any movie with the same name as one I own, and you really wanna know which one I have on video, just ask. I did write in a few years though.
Someday I might add all my parents' and brother's movies, but don't hold your breath. Also note that I didn't include any videos of TV shows (though I own ones for The Simpsons, Friends, Clerks, etc.), and I didn't include a large collection of kiddie movies, Disney or otherwise, that I loved as a kid but have stopped watching.
Well, here I go, wish me luck!
