The coolest car ever made -- the DeLorean, as seen in the Back to the Future Movies. (And of course, any model/year Land Rover, including from The Gods Must Be Crazy, and the big lumbering things from Judge Dredd.)
Bertie here. There must be dozens of candidates for this list. Here are the ones I can think of:

- THE BIG BUS, in the movie of the same name.
- PROFESSOR FATE'S RACER, in The Great Race.
- THE DIRTY BIG BLACK RIG in Duel.
- THE DINKY LITTLE THREE-WHEELER in Brazil.
- LUKE SKYWALKER'S HOVERCAR in Star Wars.
- THE JOHNNY-CAB, in Total Recall.
- JAMES BOND'S ASTON-MARTIN "Do be careful, 007."
