Variations on Baltimore's "Believe ... " Campaign

This is the mayor's campaign to Believe in a greener Baltimore, believe in our schools, believe in Baltimore in general. Marked by large banners of black with big white block letters saying "Believe." Plus, bumper stickers accompany the signs, and some t-shirts as well, and it is in these last two (stickers and signs) that I have seen the variations.
