Author Comments:
Obviously not their best recordings, but in a whole consistent enough to rank with their better output. Or, at the very least, recordings that I'll listen to and say to myself "that didn't suck".

Great, fun list!
My reactions? Well, I didn't really know anybody under-rated Ragged Glory. It came close to sweeping critics' polls for its year. Same with Harvey's album, which might be my favorite from her.
Thw Who album is in the odd position of being underrated by many and overrated by a few. I like it, so I'm glad to see it here.
Steel Wheels has some great tracks, but not enough for me to really dig. Davis' On the Corner is a great album.
Again, terrific list! (Forgive my too-random comments - my brain is a bit busy today!)
Shalom, y'all!
