WYWH is one of my favorite albums of all time in that it doesn't have a single song which is less than thoroughly awesome.
DSOTM has some weak moments but then again it's so thoroughly original...I don't know that I'd place it as high on Top 100 albums lists as it usually is.
Animals is reputedly their least accessible album, but I absolutely loved it even on first listen (one of the first albums I ever bought)...probably the best lyrics they ever wrote, also excellent guitar work.
PATGOD is such a psychedelic classic that it deserves credit for defining a genre...it showcases Pink Floyd's ability to write a song which is simultaneously pleasing to the air and yet sounds like nothing else on the planet.
Meddle is sort of like a prelude to WYWH in the sense that it has few songs but they're all varying degrees of awesome...tends to be overlooked.
I'm not a huge fan of The Wall, though In The Flesh is the hardest Floyd ever rocked and Comfortably Numb is one of the five top guitar solos of all time.
