I'm sure there's plenty I've forgotten/overlooked so I'd be happy to hear any suggestions. My list isn't all traditional classic rock, as I prefer 90's grunge rock and heavy progressive rock. But I am trying to get a large variety of bands rather than have my favorite bands dominate the list.

I can't say I fully agree with this list, but it's a valiant attempt at an impossible task.. plenty of great choices. Nice job!

Yeah, it's definitely a lot to bite off. The list reflects my favorite songs while also trying to capture a diversity of my favorite bands. It's really hard putting one song against another in my opinion. I mostly decided to do the list because of rising popularity of purchasing individual mp3s online nowadays.
