I always thought lifting weights was very hard work...

I guess it is,but I hate it when guys get all big and bulky and lose any sense of a neck because the work out to much. I like the kind of muscle that come from lifting hay or concrete.

OH! Defiantly YES to the muscles bit!!! However, I d prefer those really big men, that trained daily and took steroids to grow those huge beautiful muscles.
