So these are, generally speaking, in the order of the era(s) of my life they represented. I've had to choose one song for some of these bands as several seemed to apply. So any asterisk (*) means there were several songs from that artist that I struggled to reduce to one selection.

Funny how music is so nostalgic. It's almost painful.
