Tags:
- Riding With Private Malone - David Ball
- original lyrics "... it picked up that oldies show, especially late at night"
- alternate versions heard:
- "it picked up WMZQ" (heard in DC)
- "WPOC" (Baltimore)
- Lucky Man - Montgomery Gentry
- ???original version: "Last Sunday when the Bengals lost" (not sure about this, as I have never heard this version, but all the web searches have this, but Eddie Montgomery is from Danville, KY, presumably Bengals "territory")
- alternate version:
- "when the Ravens lost" (Baltimore)
- "I Wanna Do it All" - Terri Clark
- original lyrics "watch the Yankees play ball" (this lyric is repeated 3 times in the song)
- alternate versions heard:
- "watch the O's play ball"; 2nd time it's Ravens, then 3rd time back to O's (Baltimore)
- "watch the Redskins play ball" all 3 times (DC, before the 'Nats' came to town)
- Gators, Steelers versions (rumored, found on a web search)

So far, these are all country songs, because that was what I was primarily listening to when I noticed the pattern. Contributions welcome!
Also, I'm wondering if anyone knows whether they convince the original performers to re-record the line; my assumption is yes, as performers often record promo spots that are run on the station ("Hi, I'm Terri Clark, and you're listening to Ben and Brian in the morning!") ...
