Ugh, I really wish I hadn't read the Da Vinci code. I thought it was okay while reading it, but somewhere towards the end of the book I felt some kind of emptiness...I can't explain it. The emptiness then turned into a feeling of abhorrence. I really can't explain it...I'd approached the book relatively hype-free, apart from the several pages of praise in the front, but yet I hate it. I think it's the worst book I've ever read, yet I don't know why. Any ideas as to this strange experience?
