I found this site while looking for covers so it seems like a good place to start improving my list skills. There are only two ways to handle a cover. Do it dead on or make it your own. I lean towards faster music so I enjoy time changes to old 60's songs. Anyways, here's my list of solid cover efforts.

Tears For Fears did fantastic covers of Creep by Radiohead and Ashes to Ashes by Bowie. There's also Fiona Apple's Across the Universe (the Beatles).
